Oracle is joining tech giants like Microsoft and Google in focusing on virtual assistants for automating tasks, but their AI agents are specialized for specific functions such as sales operations.
The agents can update company records on deal progress and compile reports for sales teams by accessing data across Oracle’s software categories, even in multiple languages.
The system can alert sales teams about issues like delayed shipments for repeat customers in other countries, aiding in contract negotiations.
