Momentum, the enterprise listening platform using AI agents to extract, aggregate, automate, and organize customer engagements into actionable insights, today announced a slew of features enabling revenue teams to close deals and expand business more effectively through enhanced, use case-specific AI agents.
The company’s brand-new Coaching Agent highlights the announcement to track how well customer-facing teams adhere to leadership guidance and tie that back directly to revenue and quota performance. In addition, they are extending the data access of their AI agents to include emails, SMS text messages, and additional video meeting technology providers. Finally, they’re also announcing their own native video library offering for businesses that want to combine call recording and AI automation into one platform.
“Our customers are looking for ways to embed AI into their workflow in a way that feels natural and universally helpful,” said Santiago Suarez Ordoñez, Co-founder and CEO at Momentum. “We’re continuing to deliver on that today by adding to our list of use case-specific AI agents with our Coaching Agent and making all of our agents more powerful through access to more data.”
When revenue teams implement Momentum’s Coaching Agent, the performance of customer-facing teams is better tracked, including a grade of how well they’re adhering to sales processes and the impact that has on their revenue. This marks the first time revenue enablement teams and revenue leaders can understand how well sales methodologies and training are performing at scale. Previously, everything was dependent on external research and internal anecdotal evidence. In addition, Coaching Agent will provide individual guidance to reps in between 1:1 coaching sessions with management, shortening ramp-up periods. Revenue teams at companies like Veriff are already seeing results.
“Without Momentum’s AI Coaching Agent, we had no idea where our sales reps were failing across their core competencies,” remarked Arjun Ganatra, Business Systems Architect at Veriff. “But, now, we’ve taken our sales enablement program from reactive to proactive. We now have week-over-week visibility of rep performance at scale so that we can analyze the trends and identify areas for proactive training and enablement.”
In addition to launching Coaching Agent, Momentum is increasing the power of all its agents, including Deal Execution Agent, Customer Retention Agent, and CRO Agent, through access to additional customer engagement sources. Now, Momentum integrates with Webex and Wiser AI for call recording analysis, along with Gong, Google Meet, Zoom, Chorus, Clari Co-Pilot, Microsoft Teams, Salesloft, and Dialpad, so businesses are covered no matter which call recording tool they use.
While customer meetings contain valuable information, businesses that only analyze them miss many other data points. Momentum is fixing this by launching the ability to include emails and SMS text messages as additional data sources. Through integrations with Apollo.io and Dialpad, revenue teams can now use customer engagements between sales calls to identify buying intent signals, churn risk, and other essential insights.
Finally, Momentum is also launching its own native video library. While it will continue to provide robust integrations with other call recording software, Momentum will now better support teams that want to combine their call recording and meeting AI into one platform. Momentum customers can add video library capabilities to any of their subscription plans.
